At the beginning “Land of Human Rights”, the 3 years project of < rotor >, deals with the right to freedom of opinion and expression. Everybody’s right to make his or her voice heard or to make a certain issue heard in the public takes centre stage in the 1st exhibition as well as the support of other people in their efforts to make themselves heard. Along the lines of In Favour of a New European Enlightenment (Bourdieu) “Land of Human Rights” will contribute to this and inform us about the fact that in many respects the observance of human rights is not guaranteed in Europe too!
